Biography
Dr. Gopal is a keynote and international speaker and trainer on foster care and adoption, sex-trafficking, child sexual abuse, Autism and neurodevelopmental disorders, and psychopathology. She has trained foster parents, adoptive parents, administrators, judges, FBI, police officers, attorneys, case managers, nonprofits, and clergy on issues related to infants, children, adolescents and adults. She has coined the term "Displacement Trauma" to describe the complex trauma caused by frequent disruptions of attachment bonds. She is the bestselling author of "The Supportive Foster Parent", "Foster Parenting Step-by-Step", the grief and loss workbook "In My Heart" and workbook on child sexual abuse and co-editor of the upcoming Springer publication, “Sex Trafficking: Feminist and Transnational Perspectives.†She is on the boards of the Lake County Child Protection Team and Lake County Child Fatality Team, serves as the Chair for the Illinois Psychological Association’s Working Committee on Hate and Harassment, and the Chair of the IPA Women’s Section, served as President of Section IV, Division 12, American Psychological Association (2012-2014), and is currently serving on the Board of Directors, Society of Clinical Psychology, American Psychological Association. She is the President of Mid-America Psychological and Counseling Services, PC and manages seven mental health clinics in Indiana, Illinois, and Florida. Her nonprofit organization, Safe Coalition for Human Rights hosted SAFE 2014 in Chicago, SAFE 2016 in DC/VA, and will be hosting SAFE 2018 at the Palmer House, Hilton, Chicago, USA on Sept 2-5, 2018, bringing together organizations from around the globe working ceaselessly to form collaborative national and international coalitions from rescue to rehabilitation of victims of human trafficking and violations of human rights. In recognition of her work, Dr Gopal was awarded the Lake County Award for Excellence in 2004 and Indiana Attorney General’s Voices for Victims Award in 2015.

Biography
David has worked in community based mental health services for over thirty years in a career spanning the UK voluntary sector, local authority services, and the NHS. From 2002 – 2005 he led on the Delivering Race Equality Action Plan in across Central and North West London NHS trusts, one of the UK’s largest mental health trusts at the time, delivering a range of mental health services across several London boroughs.He recently set up somefreshthinking (somefreshthinking.com) an health sector change management consultancy. He has been the chair of PLIAS Resettlement for 4 years. PLIAS Resettlement is voluntary organization working across London and the South of the UK providing support and rehabilitation services both within the community and within prisons in the region

Biography
Dr. Khurram Sadiq is a Consultant Psychiatrist in a Complex Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) working in central Manchester, United kingdom Dr. Sadiq completed his basic medical degree from Khyber medical College Peshawar Pakistan and went to United Kingdom to complete his training in Psychiatry. He did his core psychiatric training in Lincoln, Lincolnshire UK before moving to Leeds for a non-training Registrar post in Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Team. He then completed his specialist qualification of MRCPsych ( Member of Royal College of Psychiatrist ) from Royal College of Psychiatrist, United Kingdom in 2011. He then completed his Specialist Registrar training from Liverpool where he worked in Inpatients Psychiatry, CMHT, Neuropsychiatry and Brain injury, Psychology, ADHD teams and Recovery team. He also gained some Forensic Psychiatry during his early days as a Consultant Psychiatrist.is a medical doctor specializing in the care of mental health patients. As a psychiatrist, Dr. Sadiq diagnoses, manages and treat treats mental illnesses/ disorders at the same time providing Clinical and Administrative Leadership to his team. . Dr. Sadiq may treat patients through a variety of methods including medications, psychotherapy or talk therapy, psycho-social interventions and more, depending on each individual case. Different medications that a psychiatrist might prescribe include antidepressants, anti psychotics mediations, mood stabilizers, stimulants, anxiolytics and hypnotics. Dr. Sadiq treats conditions like depression, anxiety spectrum disorders, Mood disorders including depression and Bipolar Affective disorder eating disorders, Psychotic disorders including Schizophrenia, & drug induced psychosis insomnia, ADHD ( Attention deficit Hyperactivity disorders , Autistic Spectrum disorders including Asperger's disorder. Dr Sadiq has a niche interest in ADHD, Asperger's, Psych-oncology and Personality disorders. His other non-clinical niche area is Leadership and Bullying and Harassment; during his training he attained a Fellowship in Clinical Leadership from Mersey Deanery and has been in different Leadership roles representing trainees at the highest podium like General medical Council, Royal College of Psychiatrist as well as the Local Education bodies. He was the Psychiatric Trainee Committee elect fro 2 terms from the North west of England representing his fellow trainees at the Royal College of Psychiatry. He also worked with the General Medical Council in formulating National survey for the trainees with specific focus at Undermining at workplace. Dr Sadiq during his trainee days pioneered this group called 'Undermining Support group' run entirely by trainees with no influence from the management, the role of that group was to listen to trainees, provide them unbiased, support them in attending meetings and relay that information to the School Board of Psychiatry fro further support. he also is in the process of pioneering a Music Support group for patients, using music as a conduit for healing and creating a support group that imparts these skills as well as pioneering a unique model to help patients overcome the challenges faced. He during his trainee days have been associated with delivering mhGAP training using the tool devised by WHO. He was part of the panel of Volunteering and International Psychiatry Special Interest Group (VIPSIG), Equivalence committee, Trainee support Group and also was the first Pakistani origin Pakistan born Psychiatrist to lead MEDFEST in 2015 - a medical festival based on movies and perception of psychiatry in Media, the theme that year was Mental Health and Civilizations, there were in total 60 events that was hosted in 2015-16 all over world that included UK, Australia, Latvia, Portugal, South Africa, Canada, Pakistan and India. It also included 2 Medfest Music events organized in London and Manchester where Psychiatrists and Patients performed on the same platform. He helped develop and pioneer the first Aspergers service in the North West region that also included treating Adult ADHD and Personality disorders, that still remains the only service in Manchester, United Kingdom.

Dr. Abel B. St. Amour, MA.,MS.,Th.M.,Ph.D.,LCPC,TF- CBT., BCPC. Clinical Psychologist, an independent researcher and author. He is a Registered Licensed Mental Health Counselor. Certified Community Health Worker and registered Licensed Addiction Professional Counselor. He is a Licensed Clinical Pastoral Counselor and Christian Counselor. He has had over 15 years of experience in ministry and his clinical background consists of over 10 years of extensive experience in both Pastoral Counseling and Mental Health Counseling-dual diagnosis treatment in a variety of settings. After the earthquake, Dr. St. Amour was appointed as the Senior Mental Health Consultant to the Ministry of Public Health and Population in Haiti. He was the Consultant Associate Professor for Mental Health Services Policies for the Faculty of Medicine and Pharmacology of the State University of Haiti. Dr. St. Amour recently served for two years as a Regional Staff Counselor providing stress management and psychological support to the United Nations civilian staff, Police and Military Peacekeepers with The United Nations Multidimensional Integrated Stabilization Mission in Mali (MINUSMA). Upon his return to the USA, he joined DCF/Childcare Regulations as a Family Services Counselor, then successively moved on to working with the Agency for Healthcare Administration as a Senior Human Services Program Specialist with the State of Florida. He holds a BS. in Communication and Journalism from the Faculty of Humans Sciences at the State University of Haiti. MA. in Christian Counseling and Theology from the Rhema University, USA. Postgraduate study of a MS. in Counseling Psychology and Mental Health at the Palm Beach Atlantic University. Graduated with a MS. in Applied Psychology and Mental Health Counseling from Lynn University, Boca Raton, FL. Dr. St. Amour received his Doctor of Counseling degree in Marriage and Family, with a concentration in Family Trauma Therapy from the Andersonville Theological Seminary, Camilla, USA. In addition, he was the 2012 recipient of the Harvard Program in Refugee Trauma scholarship. Subsequently, Dr. St. Amour, successfully completed a post-doctoral study, earning a Master Certificate in Global Mental Health: Trauma and Recovery from The Harvard Medical School-Department of Continuing Education and The Harvard Program in Refugee Trauma, MA., USA. Dr. St. Amour recently completed an additional study earning a Diploma in Global Health and Health Diplomacy with the NOVA Medical School and The Lisbon Institute of Global Mental Health, Lisbon, Portugal. Currently, he is pursuing an International Law degree in Mental Health and Human Rights from Indian Law College at the University of Pune, India. Born in Haiti, Dr. St. Amour has worked there as well as West Africa and East Africa. He currently resides in the USA and has two children.

Dr Hadi Eltonsi a medical graduate trained in group psychotherapy , hypnosis, silva mind control, NLP, Reiki Master, Pranic Healing,Life Couch, Mantra Yuga meditation among others courses for psychic powers, family constellation thru his medical study and practice then as a diplomat and Ambassador. He performed many TV , Radio interviews and seminars apart of two short Smerican films about his work or inspired by his skills which were shown in international film festivals, the second got an award in Venice 2017.
